What's it about?A casual chat to break the ice. You tell us what is your idea, what makes you or your brand unique and special (whether for you or your target audience) and you get to know us better. We usually schedule these calls through Zoom or Google Meet.
Why it matters?It helps us understand you and your brand better. Depending on a service, you might even get a questionnaire to fill in all the necessary information before we jump on a call together. It just gets those wheels rolling.

Strategy creation

What's it about?Sketching out first ideas, researching possibilities and references to present you. It grants some foundation for our creative work and the following execution.Why it matters?We all do our research before going on a road trip, right? Or at least, picking the right playlist. In order to properly execute the project, we need to have a clear definition of what's available on the market and where we can position your brand.

Creative Concepts

What's it about?Ohh, finally the fun part! Crafting what you hired us to do! Brainstorming, ideation, creating concepts. Whether it's a catchy tagline, a colour scheme that pops or a social media strategy that engages.Not gonna add why it matters, because for obvious reasons. You know what to expect from us.

Execution

What's it about?This is where our ideas from the previous stage come to life. Firstly we present you our creative concepts and then we make it happen.Why it matters?Well, plan without action is just a dream. This stage turns those long hours brainstorming and sketching into something more tangible for your brand.

Review & Refinement

What's it about?Once we are done, we all take a step back to see how our creations are performing in the wild. We'll gather the feedback, look at the metrics and see if we can tweak some things to make them even better.Why it matters?This one's about staying nimble and responsive. The digital space is changing sooo rapidly even we when finished with our new website, where already liking some other things. But, that's what's this stage is for. Because your brand deserves nothing less.

Continuous Support & Growth

What's it about?In all of our packages you'll get a support even after our project ends. We might just pop up and ask you how are you doing, just to make sure everything runs smoothly. We are here to support you, answer your questions, and help you plan your next moves.Why it matters?Growth is a continuous journey. We are not big fans of give and go, we like to stay in touch with our former clients, to at least cheer for them on their journey.
