The results were remarkable. Over the first 3 months, the homepage received 539 clicks and 2,002 impressions, with a 26.92% click-through rate (CTR). Service-specific pages, such as the pricing page, performed equally well, achieving 100 clicks and 1,152 impressions, with a CTR of 8.68% and an average position of 5.23.

Mobile-first optimisation played a key role in this success. Mobile devices accounted for 530 clicks and 3,232 impressions, reflecting the importance of catering to on-the-go users.

To position Expert Beauty Clinic as a trusted name in Bratislava, we developed a robust social media strategy, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. By combining creative content with data-driven insights, we were able to build a highly engaged online community.
Content was crafted to educate, entertain, and convert followers into clients. Informative posts highlighted the benefits of treatments, while entertaining reels brought relatability and fun to the brand. A standout example is the reel “Epilujeme aj bikiny a brazílky,” which gained 7,694 views and became one of the clinic’s top-performing posts. Behind-the-scenes content further humanised the brand, offering an authentic glimpse into the clinic’s day-to-day operations.
Targeted Instagram ads amplified these efforts, bringing 47.8% of account views from non-followers. Over the course of 90 days, Instagram followers increased by 230%, with reels driving 62.4% of total views. This growth extended to TikTok, where videos achieved 25,000 views, with 73.2% of traffic originating from the “For You” page.
